Will James Post Horn Saddle Tree (TreeWillJamesPostHorn)
This tree is one of my most popular swell fork saddle tree's. It has a 4 1/4" fork stock. This would be ideal for the hard working cowboy or cowgirl. It comes with traditional rawhide covering stitched with deer rawhide. I use Baltic Birch plywood and either hard maple or red elm for the fork and it takes approximately 6 laminations to make up the thickness for a 4 1/4" stock. We use Tulip Poplar(yellow poplar) for the bars. Tulip poplar is actually part of the Magnolia family and not a true poplar. This species has great strength and is very light weight. Also when and if it was to every break which is almost unheard of it breaks with the grain and not cross grain. This allows us to recess the stirrup slots on the bottom of the bars for a smooth transition for the stirrups to clear. Last but not least we either use Baltic Birch plywood or Tulip Poplar or a combination for the Cantle back. Purchase of this tree will count as first deposit and give you a spot on my saddle build list.

Wade Saddle Tree (TreeWade)
This tree is what i would consider the closest representation of an original Hamley Wade. It has a 5" fork stock. This would be ideal for the hard working cowboy or cowgirl. It comes with traditional rawhide covering stitched with deer rawhide. I use Baltic Birch plywood for the fork and it takes approximately 7 laminations to make up the thickness for a 5" stock. We use Tulip Poplar(yellow poplar) for the bars. Tulip poplar is actually part of the Magnolia family and not a true poplar. This species has great strength and is very light weight.
